  • Directly after the laser beam a coolant (blue) is applied to the surface, causing tensile stress in the material
  • Starting from the initial crack, a crack propagates along the working line
  • A second laser beam advances the superficial crack vertically through the body of the material

we have partnered with the United States based company, Applied Photonics, Inc.

Applied Photonics has developed a method to completely separate display with high speed of around 30 mm/s which is equivalent to the existing cutting speed with a hard metal wheel, but without all the disadvantages that came with the conventional cutting process.

We have the solution, if a customer needs a full separation with high speed.
